These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between Green Dot Lawn Care (“Green Dot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”), including representatives for residential or commercial properties such as HOAs, apartments, schools, or businesses in Colorado Springs. By submitting payment information via our secure payment portal or using our services (lawn care, landscaping, yard cleanups), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Liability Waiver. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms are governed by Colorado law, with disputes resolved in El Paso County courts.
Green Dot provides the following eco-friendly services in Colorado Springs:
Services are provided based on a free estimate, with scope and pricing agreed upon prior to commencement. All work is performed subject to the limitations and conditions set forth in these Terms.
After receiving an estimate, we require a valid credit/debit card on file to confirm your appointment. We will charge the agreed amount upon arrival and completion of the service. By providing payment information via our secure payment portal or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Liability Waiver. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide work strictly within the scope of the estimate agreed to. Any additional work must be approved in advance.
Lawn care, landscaping, yard cleanup, and sprinkler/irrigation services may result in minor imperfections or outcomes that do not meet every expectation due to existing site conditions, equipment age, prior installation quality, soil, weather, or other factors beyond our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Dot is not liable for any damage to property (e.g., windows, doors, sprinklers, pipes, wires, underground utilities), vehicles, or injuries to people or pets during service performance, including but not limited to damage from rocks or debris propelled by mowers or trimmers in grass or rock beds, unless ordered by a court of law. You expressly waive your right to sue Green Dot for such claims, as detailed in our Liability Waiver.

Failure to comply does not impose liability on Green Dot.
By adding payment information via our secure payment portal or using our services, you grant Green Dot permission to take and use photos or videos of completed lawn care, landscaping, yard cleanup, or sprinkler/irrigation work for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. No personal identifying information will be included without explicit consent.
Payments are processed upon arrival and completion of service via the card on file. You agree to pay for services as outlined in the in-person estimate. Late payments may incur a fee of 3% per month on the outstanding balance. Non-payment may result in service suspension or legal action.
You may cancel services by contacting us at Contact@GreenDotLawnCare.com or 719-249-1215 at least 36 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations within 36 hours cannot be guaranteed. No cancellation fee will be charged. Refunds are issued at our discretion for prepaid services not rendered.
Refunds for services already performed are granted solely at Green Dot’s discretion. While we stand behind certain promotional guarantees, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent or made in bad faith.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Green Dot, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or third-party claims related to your property, including those from HOAs, schools, or businesses.
Green Dot is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions. We reserve the right to reschedule any service due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Green Dot maintains commercial general liability insurance. However, you are encouraged to maintain your own property insurance for additional protection, as our liability is limited per the Liability Waiver.
We may terminate services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, unsafe conditions, or for any other reason we determine in our sole discretion. You will remain liable for any outstanding payments.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms, with changes posted on our website and a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms specifically apply to all services involving the design, installation, repair, modification, winterization, blow-out, spring activation, maintenance, or upgrade of lawn sprinkler systems, irrigation systems, drip irrigation, smart controllers, valves, pumps, and any associated excavation, trenching, or underground work. By requesting or accepting any such services, Customer agrees to all terms contained herein.
Green Dot does not guarantee that sprinkler systems, irrigation components, smart controllers, or any existing equipment will perform perfectly, function without issue, or meet any specific performance standard after service. Results depend on the age, condition, prior installation quality, water pressure, soil conditions, and other factors outside of our control. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, failures, or the need for future repairs or replacements. Any work performed is provided “as is” without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated in writing.
Customer acknowledges that sprinkler system and irrigation work involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Dot Lawn Care shall have no liability for any damage to property, including but not limited to broken pipes, leaks, water damage, flooding, damage to landscaping, foundations, or other structures, or for any failure of the system to perform as expected, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount actually paid by Customer for the specific services performed.
Customer is solely responsible for: (a) accurately marking or causing to be marked all underground utilities prior to the start of work; (b) informing Green Dot of any known or suspected underground improvements or conditions; and (c) providing safe and reasonable access to the property. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Green Dot Lawn Care from any claims arising from Customer’s failure to fulfill these obligations.
Green Dot is not obligated to provide free repairs, adjustments, or rework for any service, including sprinkler and irrigation work, due to normal wear, pre-existing conditions, customer modifications, weather events, or system failures after service completion. Any additional work requested after the original service will be quoted and charged separately.
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Green Dot Lawn Care, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the services performed under these Terms, except to the extent caused by Green Dot Lawn Care’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
