These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between Green Dot Lawn Care (“Green Dot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”), including representatives for residential or commercial properties such as HOAs, apartments, schools, or businesses in Colorado Springs. By submitting payment information via our secure payment portal or using our services (lawn care, landscaping, yard cleanups), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Liability Waiver. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms are governed by Colorado law, with disputes resolved in El Paso County courts.
Green Dot provides the following eco-friendly services in Colorado Springs:
Services are provided based on a free in-person estimate, with scope and pricing agreed upon prior to commencement.
After scheduling a free in-person estimate, we require a valid credit/debit card on file to confirm your appointment. We will charge the agreed amount upon arrival and completion of the service. By providing payment information via our secure payment portal or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Liability Waiver. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Any custom work requested beyond the agreed scope during the in-person estimate will be billed at $150 per hour. We will inform you of additional costs and obtain your explicit approval before commencing such work.
Lawn care, landscaping, and yard cleanup services may result in minor imperfections, such as small pieces of grass, weeds, or leaves not fully removed, which are inherent to these services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Dot is not liable for any damage to property (e.g., windows, doors, sprinklers, pipes, wires, underground utilities), vehicles, or injuries to people or pets during service performance, including but not limited to damage from rocks or debris propelled by mowers or trimmers in grass or rock beds, unless ordered by a court of law. You expressly waive your right to sue Green Dot for such claims, as detailed in our Liability Waiver.

Failure to comply does not impose liability on Green Dot.
By adding payment information via our secure payment portal or using our services, you grant Green Dot permission to take and use photos or videos of completed lawn care, landscaping, or yard cleanup work for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. No personal identifying information will be included without your explicit consent.
Payments are processed upon arrival and completion of service via the card on file. You agree to pay for services as outlined in the in-person estimate. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Non-payment may result in service suspension or legal action.
You may cancel services by contacting us at Contact@GreenDotLawnCare.com or 719-249-1215 at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee. Refunds are issued at our discretion for prepaid services not rendered, less any applicable fees.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Green Dot, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or third-party claims related to your property, including those from HOAs, schools, or businesses.
Green Dot is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions.
Green Dot maintains $1,000,000 commercial and liability insurance. However, you are encouraged to maintain your own property insurance for additional protection, as our liability is limited per the Liability Waiver.
We may terminate services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or unsafe conditions. You will remain liable for any outstanding payments.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms, with changes posted on our website and a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
