5. Service Imperfections and Non-Liability

Lawn care, landscaping, and yard cleanup services may result in minor imperfections, such as small pieces of grass, weeds, or leaves not fully removed, which are inherent to these services. Green Dot Lawn Care is not liable for any damage to property, vehicles, or other items during service performance, including but not limited to mowing, trimming, or cleanup activities, unless ordered by a court of law. Clients must remove vehicles from the service site and driveway to prevent potential damage, and Green Dot assumes no liability for such damage, as detailed in our Liability Waiver.

6. Photo and Video Usage

By adding payment information via our secure payment portal or using our services, you grant Green Dot Lawn Care permission to take and use photos or videos of completed lawn care, landscaping, or yard cleanup work for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. No personal identifying information will be included without your explicit consent.

7. Payment and Policy Agreement

After scheduling an in-person estimate, we send an email with links to this Privacy Policy, Terms of Service , and Liability Waiver , requiring you to add payment information via our secure payment portal. We store your card information securely and use it for payments unless you instruct otherwise. By adding your card or using our services, you agree to all three policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

8. Phone and Text Communication

Per the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), we send phone or text communications (e.g., estimate scheduling, service updates) only with your express consent. Opt out by replying “STOP” to texts or contacting [email protected] or 719-249-1215. Standard messaging/data rates may apply.
