Green Dot Lawn Care respects the privacy of its commercial clients. This Commercial Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information provided by HOAs, apartment complexes, schools, businesses, property management companies, and other commercial entities.
We collect business contact information, property addresses and details, billing and payment information, service history, insurance documentation, and any other information necessary to provide and manage commercial grounds maintenance services.
Information is used solely to schedule and perform services, communicate with authorized Client representatives, generate invoices, maintain service records, and improve our commercial operations. We do not sell, rent, or share commercial client information for marketing purposes.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect commercial client data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and Client accepts this inherent risk.
We may share information with trusted service providers (such as payment processors or subcontractors) under strict confidentiality agreements, or when required by applicable law or court order.
We retain commercial client information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
