Effective Date: April 09, 2026
This Commercial Liability Waiver is entered into between Green Dot Lawn Care (“Green Dot”) and the commercial Client. By scheduling or accepting any services, Client expressly agrees to the following waiver and release of liability.
Client acknowledges that commercial grounds maintenance on large properties involves inherent risks, including but not limited to equipment operation, high-traffic areas, potential property damage, and risk of personal injury to tenants, employees, students, or visitors. Client voluntarily assumes all such risks on behalf of itself and all parties present on the property.
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Client releases, waives, and forever discharges Green Dot, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for any loss, damage, injury, or death to persons or property arising from or related to the performance of services, whether caused by negligence, accident, or otherwise.
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Green Dot from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from Client’s property conditions, failure to mark hazards, high-traffic use of the property, or any third-party claims related to the premises.
Green Dot maintains commercial general liability insurance with limits of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence. Client is strongly encouraged to maintain its own adequate property, liability, and casualty insurance covering the premises.
Client shall provide clear access, remove vehicles and obstructions, and clearly mark or disclose all hidden hazards prior to service. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
